What is guaranteed, though, is that Hawk Couriers isn’t going anywhere. We have continued our same day delivery service throughout the pandemic, meeting the increase in urgent and emergency demands and providing an essential solution for frontline workers.
Here when you need us
We want you, our customer, to know that no matter what you may need during this crisis, we are always here. Our couriers work around the clock to make last minute deliveries across the country, and we’ll never turn you away. Whether you need our help in the middle of the night, during rush hour, or during a particularly busy period for our drivers, we’ll always treat you as priority.
We’ll respond to your urgent delivery request as soon as we can, and assign a driver to deliver your parcel directly from door to door. Your requested delivery item won’t be stored in the back of a van amongst other customers’ goods – each of our deliveries is handled separately for security and efficiency.
Staying safe
You can rest assured that our team are doing their bit to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and keep themselves and our customers safe. All of our staff have a high level of understanding when it comes to the importance of personal hygiene, and we wear masks, gloves and other PPE while delivering items for our customers.
You can rest assured that we are doing everything we can to protect our community. We’ll keep our distance when delivering to your door, and our staff are obliged to take time off work if they are feeling unwell.
Delivering COVID-19 specimens
Much of our work over the past few months has focused on delivering important COVID specimens for the healthcare industry. We have also delivered essential PPE to those who need it most. We will be continuing with this line of work going forward.
We have specially adapted vehicles that are designed for carrying medical specimens at a refrigerated temperature. We can work to an urgent or emergency deadline at any hour of the day.
